Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Level One Pediatric Trauma Emergency Department in Charlotte, NC. The role centers on coordinating comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes for pediatric patients from birth to 18 years old.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of RN experience, valid NC RN license, and BLS; ACLS and PALS are required within 6 months. ED/critical care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS are required within 6 months of hire.
• ED or critical care experience preferred.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
