• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork in pediatrics.

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team during daily care planning rounds.

• Maintains electronic health record documentation accurately and timely.
• Educates patients and families on disease, home care, medications, and safety.
• Float to related units when needed while maintaining clinical excellence.
