Pediatrix is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves delivering PEM care in a high-volume, 30-bed pediatric ER with extensive subspecialty coverage and a robust hospitalist program.

The successful candidate will work alongside active residency programs and fellows, contributing to patient care, teaching, and program development in a vibrant, sun-filled community ideal for families and professionals alike.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Pediatric Emergency Medicine is required or anticipated.
• Fellowship trained PEM physicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric emergency medicine care in a 30-bed ER with strong subspecialty coverage.
• Collaborate with PICU, CVICU, NICU and hospitalist services to support patient care.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a PEM fellowship trained physician to join our team at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, NV.

Program Highlights:

• 30-bed state-of-the-are pediatric ER.
• Volumes approaching 55K.
• Excellent subspecialty coverage.
• We have a robust PICU, CVICU, NICU, and Hospitalist program.
• Child life and peds social work have a strong ER presence.
• Pediatrician and Practitioner staffing is well balanced.
• Full scribe coverage.
• Full-time position is 1560 hours annually with potential for overtime if desired
• We have Peds, EM and FP residents from six programs and are a hosting site for Pediatric ER Fellows.
