Job Summary and Qualifications: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinating all functions in the unit, serving as a resource for staff, and supporting an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high-quality care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service through collaboration with leadership and subject matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start
• Pediatric Emergency Nurse Certification within 18 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 18 months
• Registered Nurse (RN) with BSN required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Department
• Charge RN experience preferred
