ProCare Therapy in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract focuses on pediatric, early childhood, and elementary settings, serving students with moderate to profound communication needs.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for K-12 students, develop IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid and current SLP license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience with school-aged children, pediatrics and early childhood populations.
• Familiarity with diverse caseloads, including moderate to profound communication needs.
• Strong collaboration and communication with staff, families, and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students in grades K12.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic student support.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring.
