Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) seeks an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to support infants and toddlers (birth to 3) and their families across Massachusetts.

You will conduct developmental assessments, set IFSP goals with families, deliver home, community, and group EI services, and coach caregivers while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team; travel to homes is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet degree, licensure, and certification standards for Early Intervention.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evenings.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certified or able to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group EI services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and EI standards.
