Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) in Massachusetts is seeking an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to support infants and toddlers (birth to 3) and their families. You will provide developmental assessments, co-create IFSP goals, and deliver home, community, and group EI services, while coaching caregivers and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Occupational Therapy degree and current licensure.
• Ability to meet Early Intervention Operational Standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group-based EI services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support child development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and EI standards compliance.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
