Job summary

You will collaborate with physician leaders, shape strategic direction, and drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff toward excellence in patient care and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of pediatric ED clinical experience (within the past 5 years).
• Recent administrative oversight in an Emergency Department environment; e.g., Assistant Nurse Manager, charge nurse or similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing leadership for the pediatric ED team and department outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care.
• Shape strategic direction of pediatric emergency services and ensure evidence-based, family-centered care.
• Drive quality, safety, workforce engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor clinical team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
