Job summary

Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Inc. seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support the ED at the East Valley Campus. This pediatric-focused role includes 10-hour shifts with a 7 on/7 off rotating schedule, bonus incentives, and relocation assistance. Completion of PGY-1 residency is preferred but not required.

The pharmacist will oversee medication management, ensure regulatory compliance, educate staff and patients, and collaborate with the medical team to optimize pediatric care.

Qualifications

• ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily medication management workflows to ensure safety.
• Verifies orders and intervenes for age-appropriate therapy.
• Prepares and dispenses medications per policies.
• Supervises technical staff and coordinates daily workflow.
• Collaborates with physicians and nurses to support patient care.
