Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ECMO ICU for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. You will care for pediatric cardiac patients in the PCICU, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-level care and family support.

Required are 1+ year PCICU experience, PALS and BLS certifications, and eligibility for Nebraska licensure. Travel duties include 12-hour nights, with a 48-hour weekly schedule and standard travel benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of PCICU experience.
• PALS and BLS certifications required.
• Eligible for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PCICU.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and ventilator status.
• Administer medications and manage IV drips and blood products.
• Collaborate with pediatric cardiology and surgical teams.
• Document care and family education in the EHR.
