Qualifications

• ECMO experience required for neonatal/pediatric patients.
• Priming experience for ECMO circuits.
• Pediatric and/or neonatal patient care experience.
• CRRT experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required for RN or Perfusionist; associate degree for RT.

Responsibilities

• Oversees initiation, termination and maintenance of ECMO and CRRT for children.
• Provides direct care and monitors extracorporeal system performance.
• Meets educational needs of staff on ECMO; supports training and case reviews.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and committees.
