Job summary

Ivy Rehab seeks an Early Interventionist to support babies and toddlers with coordinated therapies in their homes and community settings. You will work within a coaching model, empowering families to carry skills into daily life.

Positions are per-visit, 5–19 hours/week with potential to expand; opportunities across Southeast & Central PA. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing mentorship are core features of this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited pediatric-focused PT or OT program.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification required (including infant/child).
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes in pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children birth to age three and coach families.
• Provide services in the child’s natural settings (home, daycare, community).
• Per visit position (5–19 hours/week) with potential to grow to part time or full time.
