Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current or pending state OT licensure.
• At least one year of pediatric OT experience with children birth to age 5.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) completed.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to children birth through age three in home, daycare, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families using a coaching model to empower caregivers.
• Per-visit schedule with 5–19 hours per week, with potential to move to part-time or full-time.
• Support a continuum of Ivy Rehab for Kids therapies (OT, PT, ST, ABA).
