Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids in Berks County, PA is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist for Early Intervention services. You’ll work with children birth through age three and their families in their homes, daycares, or community settings, using a coaching model to empower caregivers.

The role is per-visit, with 5–19 hours per week, and potential to grow to part-time or full-time based on need and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (PA)
• Early intervention experience preferred
• Comfort with home-based pediatric services

Responsibilities

• Provide EI services in the child’s natural setting (home/daycare/community)
• Coach families to support child goals
• Tailor interventions to birth-3 ages and family needs
