Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for Early Intervention in Pennsylvania. Services are delivered in the child’s natural setting, empowering families through coaching to support development from birth to age three.

The position is a per-visit role (5–19 hours per week) with potential to expand to part-time or full-time, based on needs. Join a growing team that values authenticity, inclusion, growth, and exceptional patient care across therapy disciplines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences Program.
• Current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Fellowship completed and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention services in the child’s natural setting (home, daycare, community).
• Coach families to implement supports and techniques to promote child development.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in mentorship/career development activities.
• Manage per-visit schedule (5–19 hours per week) with potential to grow to part time or full time.
