Job summary

NeuroFit Institute is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist to deliver family-centered PT for infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) with developmental delays. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Experience in pediatrics (required); mentorship available for new grads with pediatrics.
• Board-certified specialization in pediatrics (preferred, with per-hour premium).
• Spanish-speaking (per-hour premium).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy intervention and consultative services to children (birth to 3 years) with developmental delays or risk for disability.
• Provide adaptive equipment and bracing recommendations as appropriate.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, infant educators, and service coordinators.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations and progress reports.
