Job summary

Ivy Health Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Early Intervention Evaluator, to work with children birth through age three and their families in natural settings such as home, daycare, or community sites.

Position is per-visit (5–19 hours/week) with potential to grow to part-time or full-time; coaching families to implement strategies and empower parents to support progress.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current or pending state OT licensure in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year experience with children ages 5 and younger.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification required.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in the child’s natural setting (home, daycare, community).
• Use a coaching model to empower families to support their child’s goals.
• Manage per visit hours (5–19 hours per week) with potential to increase to part-time or full-time based on need.
