Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids in Dauphin County, PA, is seeking an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to work with children birth through age three and their families. This per-visit role offers 5–19 hours weekly with a path to expand to part-time or full-time as needed.

You will provide pediatric OT services in the child’s natural setting, using coaching to empower parents with skills and strategies to support progress and goals, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least one year of pediatric OT experience with children ages birth–3 years is preferred.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification (infant/child CPR) required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) completed or in fellowship.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services in the child's natural setting (home, daycare, community).
• Participate in a per-visit schedule (5–19 hours per week) with potential to expand to part-time or full-time.
• Collaborate with families using a coaching model to empower caregivers.
