Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
Current Pennsylvania CDN credential.
Active and ongoing registration with CDR.
Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Experience in long-term care, pediatric care, or healthcare setting preferred.
Active membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Knowledge of applicable nutrition, food service, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with nursing, medical, and other clinical staff.
Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation.
Monitor nutrition-related outcomes and conduct routine audits.
Support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to care planning for children with complex medical needs.
