Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or School Psychology.
  • Licensed as a Psychologist in New Jersey.
  • Specialized training or experience in pediatric and developmental population.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and developmental assessments for children with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental delays.
  • Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans addressing cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and social development.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to children and their families.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, neurologists, educators, and therapists as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Consult with schools and community agencies to support children's educational and social needs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.
