Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Pediatric Developmental-Behavioral Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a multidisciplinary team in outpatient care. The role requires board eligibility/certification and fellowship in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics, with a Florida license to be obtained.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or on-call, and access to EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited program and be eligible for Florida licensure.
• Board-certified or eligible in Pediatric Developmental-Behavioral Health preferred.
• Fellowship in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics preferred; applicable experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric developmental-behavioral care.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday; no weekends or on-call.
• Collaborate with neurology, psychiatry, psychology, and social work teams.
• Document in EPIC; utilize Dragon for dictation.
