Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) for its Primary Care team, with openings across Family and Internal Medicine at multiple Lee County locations. You will use EPIC and Dragon dictation, participate in team-based care, and enjoy flexible scheduling with after-hours call by telephone.

We welcome graduates with a strong interest in primary care and require an NP or PA credential with current Florida licensure and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Florida license (or eligibility) as an NP or PA.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred, but new graduates welcome.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, teamwork, and excellence in care delivery.
