This is an excellent opportunity to educate, motivate, and mentor future physicians in a supportive academic environment. The diverse patient population includes underserved communities, with opportunities to serve from various cultural backgrounds. The Pediatric Dermatology waiting list is 4-6 months long, and there are unmet needs at McLane Children’s Hospital. Compensation is competitive, potentially more favorable than private practice.
