Job summary

Omni Family Health is seeking a Pediatric Dentist in Delano, CA, with a salary range of $193,161 to $241,452 annually. The PD provides care to children, performs restorative and surgical procedures, and leads preventive education across Omni’s centers in California’s Central Valley.

The role requires a DMD/DDS, CODA residency, CA license, DEA, and CPR/AED. A minimum of two years’ pediatric dentistry experience is preferred. Travel to multiple Omni clinics is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Dental Medicine (DMD) or Dental Surgery (DDS).
• Completion of a CODA-approved pediatric dentistry residency.
• Licensed with the California State Dental Board.
• Current and valid DEA License.
• Current and valid CPR/AED Certification.
• Two years of experience as a Pediatric Dentist preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and promote Omni’s mission.
• Maintain credentialing and continuing education requirements.
• Preceptor to dental and paraprofessional students.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform restorations, extractions, and prosthetic care as needed.
• Treat oral diseases and provide preventive and educational services.
• Develop individualized in-house pediatric care plans based on diagnoses.
• Coordinate reports and documentation for agencies and audits.
• Submit daily billing with accurate coding.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality patient care.
• Mentor dental students and participate in clinical programs.
• Travel to multiple Omni clinic locations as required.
