Pediatric Dentist Opportunity - High Earnings & Flexible Schedule!

PDS Management Services is seeking talented and passionate Pediatric Dentists to join our growing team in the Northeast. We currently have immediate openings for a Part-Time position at our Bronx, NY Practice, which boasts a thriving patient base and experienced support staff.

Why Join Us?

Full-Time Sign-on Bonus: $4,000-$9,000
Part-Time Sign-on Bonus: $2,800-$6,000
(*Bonus amount varies based on location and specialty.)

Payment Schedule (after start date of referred dentist):

1. 30 Days: 25% of the bonus
2. 90 Days: 50% of the bonus
3. 180 Days: 25% of the bonus

(*Referred dentists must remain in good standing throughout their tenure.)

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and provide quality care to pediatric patients
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Perform procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and more
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental team to deliver top-tier care
• Manage appointments and treatment plans efficiently using organizational skills

What We're Looking For

• Active NY Dental License
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry and dental terminology
• Experience with Dentrix software and medical records management
• Ability to perform four-handed dentistry
• Excellent patient care and assessment skills
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

Job Details

• Position: Part-Time (1-3 days per week)
• Pay: $1,000 - $1,200 per day
