Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency.
• Active (or eligible) Idaho or Washington dental license.
• Board-eligible or board-certified pediatric dentist.
• BLS/PALS certification.
