The role offers a defined pathway toward future partnership and ownership, mentorship from an experienced owner, and strong earning potential ($300,000–$400,000+ annually).

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, DDS/DMD, and a Pediatric Dentistry residency; board eligibility/certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency.
• Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs.
• Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access as appropriate.
• Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children and families.
• Participate in community outreach and school-based programs.
