Best Bites Dentistry in North Carolina is seeking a full-time child-focused dentist to join our high-volume pediatric practice. The role offers potential for future partnership or ownership and a loyal patient base in a community-focused setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of clinical experience and experience in pediatric dentistry, with a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care and family engagement in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• General Dentist with pediatric dentistry experience.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in community outreach and ownership transition.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric dental care from infancy to adolescence, incl. special health needs.
• Perform exams, restorations, and preventive care.
• Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access (Pediatric Dentist preferred).
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
• Maintain a fun, educational environment for children and families.
• Participate in community outreach and school programs.
