42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team. You will provide comprehensive pediatric dental care in a multi-specialty practice, focusing on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with a patient-centered approach.

We offer a per diem compensation model of 1,000–1,200 USD with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections, plus benefits and a supportive team environment for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update dental records.
• Review x-rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Uphold high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
