42 North Dental, a long-standing multi-specialty practice near Boston, is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our Wellesley team on a part-time basis. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care with flexible days and a collaborative environment.

You will provide preventive and restorative pediatric dentistry, with per diem compensation of $1,000–$1,200 and uncapped earnings tied to collections. Benefits include health, 401K, CE opportunities, and a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination evidenced.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism; pursue ongoing education.
