We are seeking an experienced and compassionate pediatric dentist to join our growing team in the summer of 2025. Our well-established, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice in Northern Virginia is hiring a full-time provider to serve patients across Prince William County.

This opportunity offers a four-day workweek with a flexible schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and no weekend hours.

Ideal candidates will have experience with a range of behavioral management techniques and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated to making a positive impact in children’s oral health.

Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience. Annual collections typically range from $350,000 to $500,000, depending on the provider’s skills and productivity. A valid Virginia dental license is required.
