Masonboro Kids Dentistry in Wilmington, North Carolina, is seeking a pediatric dentist to join a fee-for-service practice with a clear path to partnership from day one.

You will enter a booked schedule immediately, with 2.5 clinical days per week to start and a pathway to full-time as demand grows, while shaping the pediatric side of the practice and building real equity in its future.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active North Carolina license or eligible for licensure.
• Pediatric dentist, or general dentist with significant experience treating children.
• Enjoys making kids feel safe and confident in the chair.
• Clear, warm communicator with children, parents, and team.
• Wants a long-term home with interest in future partnership or ownership.
