You will perform restorative procedures, extractions, root canals, dentures, and treatment planning; educate patients on oral health; mentor staff; and contribute to quality improvement and team initiatives, with opportunities to expand into orthodontic and implant services

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active Washington State dental license required.
• Active DEA license required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• AIDS education certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive dental care principles and clinical practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with providers, staff, and patients.

Seeking a skilled Pediatric Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in West Pasco, Washington, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered treatment, clinical leadership, and collaboration within a mission-driven healthcare environment.

• HPSA Dental score of 15
• Schedule: 4x10
• Team size: 1 Dentist and 2 Hygienist
• Each dentist is responsible for 2 Columns - around 20 patients per day

Position Highlights:

• Join a team dedicated to improving access to high-quality dental care
• Provide comprehensive dental services for a diverse patient population
• Perform restorative procedures, extractions, root canals, dentures, and treatment planning
• Develop personalized care plans through clinical evaluation and diagnostic imaging
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
• Mentor and support dental staff while contributing to a strong team culture
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence efforts
• Opportunity to expand skills through orthodontic, pediatric, and implant treatment services after approved training and credentialing

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
