Compensation & Benefits

This position offers an uncapped earning potential with a competitive percentage‑of‑collections compensation model. Most providers exceed their guaranteed earnings during the initial ramp‑up period.

Compensation includes

• Daily guarantee of approximately $1,000-$1,600 per day during the initial guarantee period (or percentage of collections, whichever is greater)
