Job summary

Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our Hermitage and Lebanon, TN offices. The role offers strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship and long-term growth in a dentist-led practice.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday across Hermitage and Lebanon, with an optional Friday in Lebanon for a 5-day week.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with significant pediatric experience.
• DDS or DMD with Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Enjoys working with children and providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care with emphasis on comfort and safety for children.
• Work in established, high-volume practices with strong patient flow and dedicated support staff.
• Contribute to a dentist-led team with mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
