Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Hermitage, TN is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our growing, dentist-led practice.

This position offers high earning potential (about $200,000–$400,000+ annually based on production), a guaranteed base with production-based upside, 4½ days per week, and full clinical autonomy with mentorship and a professional peer network.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required with Tennessee license or eligibility.
• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with significant pediatric experience.
• Experience or interest in Medicaid pediatric patients preferred.

Pediatric Dentist – Hermitage, TN

Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Hermitage, TN, just east of Nashville, is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our growing, dentist-led practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist or new graduate looking for strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities.

Position Highlights

• Income potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually, based on clinical proficiency and production
• Guaranteed annual base compensation: G"Uaranteed yearly base. With production-based earning potential above the guaranteed base
• Compensation: 30% of adjusted collections
• Schedule: 4½ days/week
  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Primarily pediatric Medicaid patients, with some PPO
• Modern office with digital technology
• Full clinical autonomy with access to mentorship and a professional peer network

Qualifications

• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with significant pediatric experience
  • general dentists with a strong background in high-volume pediatric care are encouraged to apply
• DDS or DMD with a Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one
