Job summary

MISSION BOX SOLUTIONS INC. seeks a Pediatric Dentist for a well-established Nashville practice. The role offers strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team focused on mentorship and career growth.

You will diagnose and treat infants to adolescents, including those with special healthcare needs, while educating families on oral health and preventive care. The position supports modern technology and a collaborative, high-performance workplace.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program.
• Active Tennessee dental license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate pediatric dental care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and special needs patients.
• Perform preventive, restorative, and other pediatric dental procedures.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment options.
• Create a welcoming environment for young patients, including anxious children.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with and lead a clinical support team to deliver compassionate care.
