The role offers a potential $200K-$450K+ annual earnings and a flexible 4- to 5-day schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with the option to move to a percentage-of-collections model after ramp-up.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Pediatric Dentistry certificate.
• Willingness to obtain Tennessee licensure and credentialing.
• DEA registration/licensure as required.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to excellent pediatric care.
• Comfortable working with children and families.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Open to new pediatric dentistry graduates and experienced providers.
