Job summary

42 North Dental in Michigan is seeking a Pediatric Dentist, or a General Dentist open to treating children, to join our Great Lakes Family Dental team in Saginaw.

We offer part-time or full-time schedules with a $1,000–$1,200 daily rate, modern, state-of-the-art facilities, integrated orthodontics and oral surgery, comprehensive benefits, generous CE opportunities, and a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry is required or preferred
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients’ medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics
