Job summary

Desort in Marblehead, MA is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join its patient-centered team. This role offers clinical autonomy, mentorship, and extensive professional development in a collaborative environment dedicated to exceptional care for children and families.

You will provide preventive, restorative, and diagnostic pediatric dental services, develop individualized treatment plans, educate families, and collaborate with assistants and hygienists.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency.
• Current dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical and communication skills for pediatric care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on oral health and treatment options.
• Build strong relationships with patients and caregivers through exceptional clinical care and communication.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
