Simply Dental Management in Worcester, MA is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a patient-focused practice. Step into a strong patient base with a daily guarantee and compensation based on a competitive percentage of collections, with 4 or 5 days per week.

You will work with a capable clinical and operational team to deliver exceptional pediatric care. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, strong patient demand, and collaborative, child-centered care in a well-equipped environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.
• Commitment to high-quality clinical care and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive and restorative services.
