Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw, MI is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist who is open to treating children. The practice offers General, Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Periodontic services with modern facilities and a supportive team.

The ideal candidate has a DDS/DMD, pediatric certification or eligibility, an active license, and Hepatitis B vaccination. Competitive per diem compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from accredited program.
Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Maintain patients' medical and dental records.
Review, interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development.
Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
