42 North Dental in the Boston area seeks a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice in Wellesley, MA. We prioritize exceptional patient care, provider well-being, and a sustainable, rewarding career within a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment.

The role offers a per diem of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections, flexible days, integrated orthodontics and periodontics, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health options and treatment plans.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review x-rays and monitor growth of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
