Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team. The practice combines pediatric care with a multi-specialty environment designed for long-term career growth.

You will diagnose, plan and provide child-friendly dental care while educating families and coordinating with orthodontics and other specialists. This role offers a $1,000-$1,200 per diem rate with uncapped earning potential via collections.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and professional ethics.
