Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA (near Boston) is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join a full-service, multi-specialty practice focused on preventive, restorative and cosmetic care. Flexible days based on provider availability and a dedicated patient base support a sustainable, rewarding career.

The position offers a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 per diem with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections, along with a competitive benefits package and collaborative team

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' records.
• Review x-rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain highest quality of care and ethics in the office.
