Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. You’ll deliver high-quality pediatric care, with a focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. Compensation includes a per diem range of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earnings through a percentage of collections; full benefits are available for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism; continue education through courses and development.
