42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice near Boston. The role offers a per diem with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections and integrates orthodontics and periodontics within the practice.

We provide a supportive team, state-of-the-art equipment, flexible days, and opportunities for long-term growth; average 32 hours/week minimum with benefits for full-time tracks.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism; stay updated through CE and professional development.

Education

DMD or DDS

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
