42 North Dental seeks a part-time Pediatric Dentist for Wellesley, MA (near Boston). The role supports a full-service, multi-specialty practice with integrated orthodontics and periodontics, offering flexible scheduling and a path to long-term career growth.

Compensation includes a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 USD, with uncapped earning potential via percent of collections; benefits are available for full-time or averaged 32 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics; stay current with developments.

Education
