Qualifications

• Gown/board-approved credentialing in pediatric dentistry; ADA CODA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination documentation

Malpractice insurance

BLS or CPR certification
