42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join a multi-specialty practice near Boston. The role offers a daily rate with uncapped earning potential from collections, and a supportive team environment with access to ongoing CE through Harvard Rounds Network.

The position requires DMD or DDS, board eligibility/certification in pediatric dentistry, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism in the dental office and keep up with continuing education.

Education
